Applied Quantum CORE (QCORE)
Spectrum Lab often collaborates in research with Montana State University's Applied Quantum CORE (QCORE). QCORE serves as Montana's first quantum computing facility and one of the most comprehensive quantum research environments in the region.

Optical Techonolgy Center (OpTeC)
Spectrum Lab is a member of Montana State University's Optical Technology Center (OpTeC). OpTeC is a multidisciplinary center with the goal of maintaing a nationallly competitve optics program that promotes collaboration with the local optics industry.

Applied Research Lab (ARL)
The mission of the Applied Research Lab (ARL) is to enhance controlled research opportunities for MSU researchers, students, and regional businesses that support national security priorities.
MilTech
MilTech is an authorized National Government Partnership Intermediary that helps bring innovative technology to the U.S. government quickly, reliably, and cost-effectively.
Montana Microfabrication Facility (MMF)
The Montana Microfabrication Facility (MMF) is an open-access micro and nanofabrication facility located at Montana State University (MSU) in Bozeman. The MMF, the Center for Biofilm Engineering (CBE), the Imaging and Chemical Analysis Laboratory (ICAL), and the Proteomics, Metabolomics and Mass Spectroscopy Facility (Mass Spec Lab), make up the MontanaNanotechnology Facility (MONT), a National Nanotechnology Coordinated Infrastructure (NNCI) site.
Montana Space Grant Consortium (MTSGC)
The Montana Space Grant Consortium (MTSGC) works to strengthen education in Montana in NASA-related fields. In addition, the program works toward NASA STEM Engagement priorities. To accomplish the overarching goal, MTSGC offers a set of student and faculty opportunities geared toward hands-on projects and other effective engagement styles. MTSGC’s motto is “Inspire - Imagine - Innovate”.
Institute for National Security Research and Education (INSRE)
INSRE aligns the people and programs at Montana State University that have a shared focus on national security efforts. This collaboration allows for cross-pollination of ideas and resource sharing that leads to better outcomes and positive impacts on the University, the state of Montana, and national security.

Optics & Photonics Society
The student-led Optics and Photonics Society (OPS) at MSU serves as the local chapter for the professional optics ogranizations SPIE and Optica. They seek to offer community within the student body, learn about cutting-edge optics and photonics research and technology, make connections between academia and industry, and educate others.
