Bridger Photonics is a local company specializing in methane detection using lidar for oil and gas operators. The company was founded by 3 graduate students, and now leads the industry in emissions monitoring.

Aurora is developing self-driving technology for autonomous freight vehicles that will supplement human-driven fleets to enable a strong supply chain. The Bozeman location specializes in developing lidar technology for autonomous vehicles.
